We search our vetted factory network, 1688, and Alibaba in parallel — filtering for real manufacturers with relevant production experience and export history. We collect comparable quotes, negotiate in Chinese, and verify the shortlisted suppliers' business licenses and bank accounts. You receive 3–5 options with our recommendation and the tradeoffs of each, then choose your factory.

We manage sample production with your chosen factory, receive the samples in China, check them against your requirements, and ship approved samples to you. Revisions are managed directly with the factory until you sign off — typically 1–2 rounds. Nothing moves to mass production without your written approval, and the approved sample is archived as the golden reference for all QC.

You pay the standard 30% deposit and production begins. Depending on your order, we run pre-production inspections (materials check), during-production inspections (catching systematic defects early), and always a pre-shipment AQL inspection before the balance is due. You receive photo reports within 48 hours of each inspection with a clear pass/fail verdict. If goods fail, we negotiate rework and re-inspect — you never pay the balance on failed goods.

Finished goods are consolidated at our warehouse — combined with your other suppliers' orders into optimized shipments. We handle export customs, book sea, air, or express freight, and deliver DDP to your door, warehouse, or directly to Amazon fulfillment centers. You get milestone tracking updates until delivery, and your consultant stays available for reorders, which get faster every cycle as the supply chain matures.
