About us
Your ally in China
CN Ally exists for one reason: to make sourcing from China as safe and simple as buying locally — while keeping the cost advantage that made you look to China in the first place.

Built by people who've been on both sides
CN Ally started with a simple observation: the hardest part of importing from China isn't finding a low price — it's knowing who to trust. A factory quote means nothing if the goods arrive defective, late, or not at all.
So we built the team we wished existed when we were buyers ourselves: sourcing consultants who negotiate in Chinese, inspectors who show up at the factory with a checklist and a camera, and logistics coordinators who make sure the right cartons end up in the right container.
Today we support e-commerce sellers and brands across North America, Europe, and Australia — from first-time importers placing a 200-unit trial order to established brands running private-label product lines. Our factory network spans 30+ product categories, and our rule hasn't changed: we'd rather lose an order than recommend a supplier we wouldn't trust with our own money.
Why work with a sourcing agent at all?
You could do this yourself. Here's what changes when you don't have to.
01
Language is just the start
Anyone can hire a translator. An agent negotiates like a local buyer, reads between the lines of factory promises, and knows which 'yes' means yes and which means 'we'll figure it out.'
02
Verification requires presence
You can't audit a factory from another continent. We walk the floor, check the license against the bank account, and photograph what we find — before your money moves.
03
Quality needs independence
A factory inspecting itself has one incentive: to pass. Our inspectors work for you, paid by you, with one job — reporting what they actually find.
04
Problems need proximity
When a shipment goes wrong, emails don't fix it. Someone needs to drive to the factory, stand in front of the production manager, and resolve it. That's us.

How we work, every order
01
On the ground, not behind a screen
We're based in China, minutes from the factories and wholesale markets we work with. Verification means a real visit, not a video call someone staged.
02
Your margin is our metric
We measure ourselves by the landed cost and defect rate you achieve — not by how many orders we push through. If a factory isn't right for you, we say so.
03
Radical transparency
Factory names, real costs, inspection photos — including the bad ones. You see everything we see, and every fee is agreed in writing before work starts.
04
One accountable contact
No ticket queues or rotating agents. Your dedicated consultant owns your orders end to end and answers in English, fast.
