Correct. Finding factories, negotiating, and verifying suppliers costs you nothing upfront. When you place an order, we charge a transparent service fee (typically 3–8% depending on order size and complexity), agreed in writing before production starts.
One inspector for one full working day at the factory, covering one product line. That includes quantity verification, AQL sampling, function testing, packaging checks, and a photo report delivered within 48 hours.
Freight is quoted per shipment based on volume, weight, destination, and method (sea/air/express). Consolidation and export customs handling are included in our logistics quotes. Request a quote and we'll price your exact route — always as an all-in DDP price where possible.
